dependant visa application query for wife

I am planning to apply for naturalization in next week and planning to get married in India in Feb’2013.
Hopefully I will get my citizenship approval by end of Dec’2012 and my plan is to travel India on my Indian passport as India gives 3 months grace period.

My question is regarding my future wife as I would apply visa for her just after the marriage but I have seen in VISA form that I need to mention whether I am citizen of UK or permanently settled.
As I will be a citizen at that time so what I should mention in wife UK visa form. Do I need to mention I am citizen but by that time I will not apply for UK passport and I will still be traveling on Indian passport?
