Folks,

My friend was on Tier 1 Visa and he got extension using PEO recently.

He applied before 20 days of his visa expiry.

Since he went to PEO, his new visa is issued from the date of decision rather than date of expiry.

So when he applies for PR, he will fall short by 20 days in 5 year period. Do you see any problems with this?
