1st Tier Tribunal Appeal and Timeline for issue of Visa

Hi Albanian Citizens and loved ones,

Good news at last our appeal for a settlement visa has now been allowed by the magistrates court! Just wondered if anyone has the experience of winning an appeal recently and can give me an indication of how long we should expect to wait for the visa to be issued by HMRC Tirana?

I'm aware the yard stick given by the court is 12 weeks but is it likely we might be able to get the visa before this period? Having waited 13 months for this result the waiting period has almost become unbearable!
