cohabitation evidence

I am on Tier1 visa going to apply ILR. But I have not sufficient evidence that my dependent (wife) was staying with me in this country I have only these three evidence.
1- House Contract
2- Bank statements
3- NHS letter and appoint evidence
Is this evidence will work during my ILR application? Please help me
