Hi Sushmehta,

I am still not clear if i need to apply for my wife's visa with me on SET(O) form as a dependant as she has only spent 21 month in the UK. And there is a ruls saying that all dependant needs to complete 2 years.

Basically, I am on HSMP J/R after 3rd April 2006 visa. I got the approval letter on 06/11/2006 and I need to apply for ILR this month. Do I need to apply for my wife separately by using SET(M) form?

Many thanks in advance.

Seen it! And there is no relevant information given.
Are you imagining a rule?
The FAQs topic adequately answers your query, should you care to read it carefully.

So, Shall I just add my wife into SET(O) form as a dependant? Do I need to explain any rules to caseworker?

Many thanks for your time and knowledge in this case. Plz reply.
