Hi All,

Iam planing to apply settlement visa for my family ( in india) iam a ILR visa holder. last 6 years iam working with one Employer. i have all documents but last six months i didnt get payslip. i spoke with my Employer he always says i will give u next month but he didn't. iam getting every month salary from my company account.please can you advice me can i apply visa for my family with out payslip?British high commission can accept my last one year bank statement? bcoz my bank statement show's iam getting salary every month from my company.and also my wife used to live in england as a work permit dependent those time she did life in the uk test(about 8 months ago)that certificate still valid?can i use that certificate?
