I am applying for EEA4.
My husband is Self employed. He is a builder. Working for a company for 5 years.
He is receiving the money every week in to his bank account. Hi is paying his NI contribution. The company paying his tax 20%. Hi receiving self assestment forms every year. But he don't have any pay slips or P60. He is self employed. Do he need the Pay slips or P60? How to proof that he was working for 5 years? Bank statements and Self assestments form is it enough ? Do he need to write invoices?
Please help. Sorry for my english.
