Your visa application has been processed at a regional centre in Bogota, and they are now sending your passport back to the British Embassy in Mexico City. You can collect it from there when they email you. Take a copy of the email.

What is not clear?

I couldn't open two of the links you posted, but the third is a leaflet which says "Now that you have been issued with your visa we look forward to welcoming you to the UK." I can't imagine they would send that to you if your application had been refused, so it looks like it's good news.
