Ltd Company Application at Glasgow

Hi

Have anybody got an experience of applying Tier1 General Extension for a Ltd Company at Glasgow (Premium Service). One of my friends told me they don't process Ltd Company applications at Glasgow. Can anybody confirm please?

One of my friend asked to apply through Postal for his similar case in Belfast!
