SET(M) at Cardiff PEO

Hi everyone, I've booked an appointment to apply for ILR using form SET(m) at Cardiff PEO, this is the closest PEO to where i live, my question is would choosing Cardiff instead of Croydon affect how long the decision would take and if i will get the approval the same day at Cardiff, if someone applied at Cardiff and could share his experience with me that will be very much appreciated.
