Hi all
I am getting an EEA2 application ready. My unmarried partner is German, and I am from New Zealand, currently here on a Tier 5 Youth Migration Visa. A couple of questions:
1 - We have evidence of living together, travelling together and shared bank accounts going back about 2.5 years. However most of this information - bank statements, pay slips, flight bookings - has only ever existed electronically, as online statements and emailed payslips and flights. Will there be any problem regarding 'original evidence' if I provide good quality printed out copies of these documents?
2 - Will there be any problem with my Tier 5 Youth Migration Visa? The Visa rules state 'While you are in the UK under the youth mobility scheme, you cannot switch into any other category of the points-based system or into a visitor route. When your visa expires at the end of the 24 months, you cannot extend your stay.' EEA2 does not seem to be a category of the points-based system.
Thanks for your help everybody.
