Hi,

Its Javeria from Pakistan. I was in UK on hsmp from Aug 2008 to Oct 2009 with my husband. I did not applied for extension and left the UK before 8 months of visa expiry date due to (Pregnancy related) medical reason as my son born there in 2009. When i came back i was hospitalized for about 1 year. After recovery I tried my best to get my previous job here in Pakistan or any other job but failed. Now I can come to UK on visitor Visa. Can i reinstate my status of hsmp or can apply for humanitarian or discretionary leave on the basis of my gender, my son who born in UK or discrimination in society whatever.

My husband and child is in Pakistan.. we came back together..but we can come on visit visa as my husband already got his visit visa and I can get in 15 days.

Please advise me.
