Financial Sponsorhip and Length of Waiting Time

Post by jhudezkhie3 » Tue Oct 02, 2012 11:42 pm

Hi!

I would also like to know if How long will it take to get a TIER 4 Visa Application Renewal and how high are the chances?,

Applying inside UK. (I submitted my Application 3 weeks ago and did the Biometrics this morning 02/10/12.)

My Current Student Visa is valid until the 31st of December 2012 and was issued September of 2009. (I was studying NVQ Lvl 2&3 Health and Social Care for the past 2 and a half years)

I have started University with a Degree Course (BA Hons) and I got the CAS.

I got the IELTS Exam and scored higher than required and a Secondary School DIPLOMA from the Philippines as documents to obtain the CAS. (all originals were also sent to UKBA)

I have the Roman Catholic Diocese of East Anglia sponsoring my studies and issued a letter of full sponsorship and just paid my tuition in full 2 weeks ago. (sponsoring includes school fees and living expense) (I am living with my parents who are both British passport holders)

* Do I have a high chance of getting the VISA? and How long will it take during this time of the year?

THANKS!

0% if you do not meet the requirements.
100% if you do.

I am not sure that the Roman catholic diocese of east Anglia will be considered an appropriate financial sponsor. Official sponsors must meet the following requirements:
(iii) an official financial sponsor which must be Her Majesty's Government, the applicant's home government, the British Council or any international organisation international company, University or Independent school.
see appendix c para 13 iii)
