Applying for ILR - main and dependants separately

Post by newbie_t » Wed Oct 03, 2012 8:05 am

Hi all,

I have managed to booked a PEO appointment only for me(none were available when I selected dependants from the drop-down list) on UKBA site.

Can I apply for ILR separately, first for the main applicant through PEO and for two dependants later through post?

What would be the status of dependants during this period?

Any suggestions please - bit confused now whether to apply through post for everyone or not if the above is not an option.

Thank you,
Jay

How do you expect anyone to answer such questions without sharing the fundamental information required? e.g. - current immigration status, route to settlement, expiry of current leave etc.

Apologies for not providing enough information.

10-11-2007: Date of arrival in UK - on work permit.
06-04-2009 - Switched to Tier 1 general with 2 dependants.
18-01-2012 - Tier 1 extended until April 2014.

Many thanks,
Jay

Yes, it is possible.
Same as their current status.

why don't you try for another slot using a different login and as soon as you get the slot including your dependents, release the first one.
