Question about SET(O) Form 10 Yrs Long Residency

Hello All,

One of the conditions to grant ILR is Strong family connections within the UK.

What does this exactly mean?
As, no where in the application does it asks for any information related to the family members.

Would it be a good idea to submit the payslips and bank statements or would it do any harm?

I'd be grateful if someone can shed some light on this.
