FLR(M) English Language

Post by amit1313 » Wed Oct 03, 2012 5:37 pm

Hello,
I am applying for my wife FLR(m) visa next month. I just received my ILR visa. Her degree (MBA from India) is equivalent to UK degree as I checked the degree on the Points calculator database on UKBA website and the degree is on the database which is awarding 10 points for this as well.
Will the degree certificate enough to show the evidence of meeting english language criteria?
Any advice is really appreciated.

Thanks
Amit

As you have checked on the Points Based Calculator that the degree is equivalent to a UK degree and the UKBA acknowledges this through their own system. You should take a final report that comes out once you complete the Ponts Based calculator test and attach it with your bundle of evidence to support your degree course for the English requirements.

Hope this helps.
