sample letter from investor

I want to apply for tier 1 showing 200k. I got some sample letters for bank but in these letters the name of applicant is not mentioned. only this is stated that funds are available to be invested in uk.
what document I need to make in which the investor will write my name. please give me a sample as well if possible.
