Third Party finance

HI

I am trying to figure out, Can we show funds in third party account in UK? according to guidance, if funds are in UK account, than that account must be on your name not on third party's name. Am i right?

Regardless of where the funds are if its third party then it should be in their name and not yours.

But according to guidance notes, funds in UK cannot be shown in third party account.
