PBS dependant to settlement

I would appreciate very much if anybody could please clarify my following queries.

Does time spent as PBS dependant and as spouse of a settle person count together as a probation period to qualify for settlement of a settle person in the UK?

My scenario is as follows

My wife was PBS dependant visa(PSW) from NOV 10 to NOV11 and from NOV11 to till (extension with FLR(M)on spouse of a settle person.

So does she qualify for settlement in NOV12 because she already spent 2 years with PBS dependant and as spouse of a settle person together?
