Marriage Certificate

Is marriage certificate necessary if applying for Citizenship after completing 5 yrs on HSMP and one year on ILR. I am applying along with my wife and 4 yr old son ( born in England).

My marriage certificate is not in English so which service should we use to get it translated in English?

I will really appreciate your help in this regard
