HSMP earnings clause - I get salary slips in India & UK

Hi,
I am an Indian resident employed with an Indian company.
I have been transferred to London for an onsite opportunity at client's location.

I am on Work permit and in London since 3-July-2006.

I continue getting my Indian salary & I am also getting my UK salary.

My concern is:
a.) What would be considered as my primary country for calculations of my earnings ?
b.) Will the UK salary be clubbed with the Indian salary for counting the HSMP points ?

Can someone please clarify this technical fix.

hi deepal,
I think u have to ask the work permit ppl, just email them with ur query and they shud be able to help u.
just a question its not related much to ur query, the IT market in india is pretty hot now, i have heard senior testers getting 10L rupees in mumbai.
If someone is a programmer cud they earn 12L.

Just to add on my previous query I am going to file my case for HSMP and wanted to get the points clarified.

I am also a Senior test analyst with one of the CMMi Level5 company.
But getting 10L is really very high..

Someone with 4-5 yrs of IT exp. should be able to get around 4-7L

Well there are always exceptions as we all know.
