ILR long residence and dependant application

Appreciated, if you can reply to my questions below.

1. I have applied for ILR under long residence 2 weeks ago but haven't recieved the acknowledgement yet. How long it takes for the acknowledgement letter and for the complete process.

2. Can my wife apply for ILR same day application as soon as my ILR approval under long residence.

My wife entered Uk - March 2008

Summary: My wife's stay and dependant status :
IGS dependant ( March 2008 - August 2009 - 1 year , 5 months
Tier 2 depndant (August 2009 until now also recieved 2nd extention untill august 2014 ) - 3 years , 2months

Ouside of the country ( 2009 ) - 1 month
(2010) - 4 months
(May 2011/Feb 2012) -9 month

So, the question is can my wife apply for ILR same day, soon I recieved my ILR approval.

3. My daughters were born in the UK ( 1st Daughter - April 2009,2nd Daughter - March 2011)

Outide of the country
1st Daugter
( 2009 ) - 1 month
(2010) - 4 months
(May 2011/Feb 2012) -9 month

2nd Daughter
Outisde of the country :May 2011/Feb 2012) -9 month

Both daughtgers have Tier2 dependant visa untill august 2014.

can they apply for naturalisation, when I get my ILR approval. if so what application I have to apply. Is it cheaper to apply as single application for the both daughters. If so provide the application link.
