EEA4 Application Return EEA family members I D required

My recent application has been returned by the HO stating that no out come at this point you may reapply when u have following documents - ID of the eea nation.
I am seperated non eea nation
Residence card issue oct 2007- oct 2012
Become eea family member sep 2006
Did provide p60 of the eea nation from April 2006-April 2011 and few payslip for the year 2012 up to the month of march.Employement contracts covering last five years too.

But can not provide id of the eea wife due to separation neither proof of address as i was paying all the bills from 2006.
I do have the supervised contact order awaiting the court decesion of the full contact order our eea daughter who is three year old and attending a nursury school .
I been allaged of the domestic violance by the eea wife recently and police has been called and seperated us,since than i havent seen my wife and my daugher neither police informing me furthe whats a status of my case.i am in the court fighting my contacts right for my daughter.although we havent divorce yet neither start any proceding.
Any advise will be of great help in terms of my status and posibility of pr or retain the rights.thanks
