Spouse ILR application

Post by pash » Sun Oct 07, 2012 11:56 am

Dear All,

Expecting the professional suggestion! To complete the probationary period of 2yrs time, I could not include my wife's application with mine for ILR. I have applied for it 2 months ago and not got biometric letter yet. And my wife's visa is running out in 2 of December. But she complets 2 yrs continuous stay in UK. Now the question is: can she directly apply for ILR in set M form? Or she has to send FLR M form? My application is still pending, not decided yet. And set M form is for the dependent of settled persons only. Which I have not got yet.

So, terrible confusion, which form to be filled and sent? Set M or set FLR M? Pls suggest with authenticity, or experiences of such cases. Thanx.
