Post by Ayomi » Sun Oct 07, 2012 6:38 pm

I came in to join my spouse on settlement visa in february 2011 but the visa expires in April 2013. Now do i appy 28 days before the actual 2years which would be in January/ February 2013 or should it be 28 days before the expiry of the visa which is april 2013?

As per your earlier posts you are a Tier 1 (General) migrant and your spouse was applying for dependant visa in October 2011?

When posting queries on behalf of someone please state so ... rather than assuming multiple immigration histories.

The person in question may apply for settlement no earlier than 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of his/her entry in the UK as spouse of a settled person.
