got visa but college revoked, should we wait for homeoffice

Hi
my friend got student visa just a week before and college also announce next day that they are going to close.

should we wait for the home office letter that our college is revoked and now we have 60 days. because some time ukba sends letter very late and we get more time.

can we travel abroad during these 60 days.

The best thing is get enrolled with another college ASAP and apply for new visa. Do not wait for UKBA letter coz actually you will wait for the suitation get complicated for you.
