URGENT!!!!! --- Croydon Vs Cardiff

Hi Guys after claiming it had rejected my for a SET(M) premium application at croydon I gave up and booked for cardiff.

I had an aweful experience at croydon when I applied for my 2 year part of the application can anybody tell me is the experience any better at cardiff (I'm guessing being smaller)...

when I did my 2year part I went there at 12 and left at 7:30pm...

as we have two appointments please can you reply ASAP as I don't want them to cancel both of them!!!!!

PS my passport says my family name but my driving licence says my new name... but I have my marriage certificate...

I'm australian and a teacher and I have a child with my husband that is now a also a british citizen...

can anybody think of any problems... I'm just traveling to australia on the 28th and my appointment is on the 19th
