ILR applicant, dependents and finances

Post by rgurung » Mon Oct 08, 2012 1:24 pm

Hi

Few questions about ILR (10 years residency route):

1.What form is required for the dependent of an ILR applicant applying at the same time as the main applicant?

2.What are the financial requirements for the ILR applicant's partner? And plus a child?

3. Is it OK to apply for our baby (born and living in the UK with us) after a decision is made on my application? We haven't applied for his visa after his birth as we thought we would apply together with our own? He will turn 2 in February.

Your replies will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rohit

Thats very kind of you. Thank you so much.

Just one thing to get clear about re: child application.
In, http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=79378

It says, ''The important point is that children born in the UK are not required to seek permission, if they remain in the UK.''

Is this information the latest on 'Children born in the UK who are not British citizens'? As the topic was posted on June"11. Hasn't there been any change/update in July"12 re: Children born in the UK?

Many thanks.
