Query about 5 years Cap on Tier -4

Hello,

I have a query about 5 years cap. would be glad if I get information about it! I want to help one of my frnds with this info.

She has dome PDG 18 months (Under Tier 4), now she planning to do again 18 months MBA, and afterward ACCA from UNI. the duration of ACCA may be 3.5 years.

Would she be able to study all those years under Tier -4 ?
