Under EEA Law.Does my family member whose a dependant under 18 Years old have to prove that they are financially dependant on me cause i once lived with them in same state like 5 years ago.
Would they want proof of depepdancy

They would have to be living under your roof rather than you all living in shared family accommodation.

Don't know if 5 years would be recent enough.

If the dependants are extended family members, I don't think whether they are under 18 is relevant.

Only if it is accepted that they were living under your roof for the purposes of the Regs would dependency not be an issue.
