Tier 1G dependant migrant - falling short of 2 year.

Post by chagan » Mon Oct 08, 2012 3:32 pm

I have below query

HSMP stamped 18 DEC 2007 + 3 years on Tier 1 which expires on 18 Dec 2012
Due to apply for ILR 20 Nov 2012.

Wife Joined on 22April 2011.
Wont complete her 2 years so FLR(M) followed by my ILR.
She should get 2 years on FLR(M)

My question...
When can she apply for ILR. In April 2013 or she has to complete 2 years on FLR(M)

Also she has passed A1 Level exam for FLR(M).

Do she has to give any exam for ILR other than LIUK.
She has done B.Com form Mumbai University. Is that good enough to prove english requirement for ILR or she has to appear for B1 level exam?

You reply will be much appreaciated. Thaks in advance
