Salary

Post by APAN DESAI » Mon Oct 08, 2012 4:39 pm

Hi,
My sponsor has put forward my old salary while applied for the Sponsorship Certificate. I am teacher and we get pay increment every year.
So UKBA have my old salary(Sep 2012) while I got pay slips (Oct 2012) as per my new Pay Scale.

Do UKBA reject my application as per my new pay slip I got higher pay than mentioned?

Can anyone answer my query please? I need to apply in next week/

Is the salary specified in the CoS at / above the appropriate rate as mentioned in the relevant SOC?

There are 4 types of Tier 2 visa!! Which one should we assume you have ... to respond to your queries?

Reading the Tier 2 policy guidance will help.
