Travel to Europe on UK Tier 2 visa

ICT Tier 2

I am an American and will be working in the UK on a Tier 2 ICT visa starting in October. Does this visa also cover me if I need to make occasional work trips to a few of our satellite offices in other European countries (Spain, France, Netherlands)? These trips will always be 2-3 days maximum and only once or twice a month. Do I need to acquire a different visa for these trips? Do I need a visa at all for trips that are this short? The rest of the time I will reside and work in the UK with my Tier 2 ICT like I mentioned. Thanks so much for your help!
