TIER 1 PBS Depenent - UK born child application

Hi

I have couple of queries about my 1 year old daughter's application. I'm on TIER 1 general visa and planning to travel soon. I have booked an appointment (PBS Dependent) at Sheffield to apply for my daughter's visa but the confirmation says number of attendees as one, which would be my daughter. I wanted to know whether they would allow us to be with our daughter at the time of appointment and if I have booked the correct appointment in the first place.
Also which application form should I use - just the standard PBS dependent application or something else.
