My situation is as follows:
My contract states £15,000
However, I consistently work an additional day so on calculation my yearly gross income taken from the last 6 months equate to more than £18,600
My employer is unwilling to change my contract nor is he unwilling to write a letter explaining the "guaranteed" extra day I do per week.
income is reflected in my bank statements.
My last years P60 does not reflect £18,600 rather it reflects £15,000, the increase in day started in April 2012.
will an application for a spouse visa under the maintenance rules be too risky? or will my bank statements and 6 months wage slips suffice the min requirements
