Tier 2 General - Sponsors

Hi All,

I got my Tier 2 ICT Established Staff visa with start and end date as 05/04/2011 and 24/04/2013 respectively. I landed in Uk on 8th May 2011.

Please assist me with the following questions:

1. Whether I am eligible to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General inside UK?

2. I got a sponsor who is ready to provide me Tier 2 General. He will only provide CoS and I need to search for a contract job myself. He will take 31% to 45% of my monthly pay after tax and pay some amount of money when I did not have a job. Whether this type of things happening in UK? Whether it is reliable? The sponsor told that I can get Tier 2 general visa within a day and the administration cost is £800. So all together I need to pay £2500 (myself + 2 dependants) and then claim it back once I join that sponsor.

3. The notice period in my company is 3 months. If I get Tier2G, can I suggest my sponsor to wait till my notice period completes and then join his company?
