Hi ALL

I got My intial HSMP On 25th Oct 2007 but due to unavoidable circumstance I have entered UK on 23rd Jan 2008 so exactly 90 days Gap between my intial entry clearance and entry to UK

Currently my Tier 1 visa expires on 25th OCT 2012

could you please let me know whether i am eligible for ILR ??

I got married in April 2012 and she came to uk on Jun 2012 as Tier 1 dependent

could you please advise which visa she is eligible to apply along with me
