12 consecutive month out of 15 for Ilr -- starting month.

Post by ldbright » Wed Oct 10, 2012 2:28 pm

If my visa expired in April/2014 but because of the 28 days rule, if I am going to apply in March/2014.

My questions, shall I count back 15 month to calculate my previous earnings from April/2014 or from March/2014?

Thank you very much!

It's the 15 months immediately prior to your application. I.e. March 2014, if that's when you intend to apply.

You begin counting from the date of your application.

Thank you both for such quick replies.

So, if I am to apply in March/2014, I can use the payslips issued to me starting from Jan/2013 to Dec/2013, for the work did from Dec/2012 to Nov/2013 as I always get paid in the next month.

Please let me know if above calculation is correct.
