How long does an appeal take for spouse from India

How long does an appeal take for spouse from India

Spouse visa from India to UK

A question lots of people are asking themselves. Just how long does the appeal process take. UKBA state they will reply to the appeal courts in 90 days, nearly 4 months before an appeal hearing date is given and then 2 months for the decision to reach post. 6 months.

Appeal lodged from INDIA
16 July 2012.

Today 10/Oct/2012 still no news, nothing at all.
