is my dependant eligible for ilr

Post by khimani.amir » Thu Oct 11, 2012 2:44 am

hi all
my ilr is due on 28th dec 2012 (i will be completing 4yrs and 11months on tier 1 general visa).my wife got tier 1 general dependant visa on 2nd june 2012..she was in uk on psw visa before getting married to me..she came to uk in feb 2009..she has also given life in uk test..i have few doubts:
1)is she eligible for ilr with me in dec?
2)is there any appropriate time to book an appointment as there is never any slots available for one day service..i always get no slots available message where u can see the spelling of 'available' as 'avaliable'
3) if my wife is not eligible for ilr with me then plz let me know which form should i fill for her?
4)when booking an appoinment, do i need to book 2 slots or just one?

When did you start living together?

1. No.
2. Search for such information in the General Immigration forum for information already available and post your queries there.
3. Click on the link in 1.
4. Two separate appointments - one for you and one for your wife (with a time gap of couple of hours in between).
