Hi,

What is the requirment for english language for spouse of Tier 1 General. I know one is passing life in the UK test. The other one is ESOL.

Now what is the level of the ESOL one should achieve, before applying for settlement?

Does an entry level certificate in ESOL skills for life (speaking and listening) at entry 2 fullfills the requirment?

Please advise.
The question is... to be or not to be....
