PDF Passport form for 2 yrs old child & Biometrics expir

Question 1:
Please could someone provide link or pdf form for passport application for 2 years old child.

Question 2:
I recently received my Biometrics Card for settlement and i noticed it expires in 10 years i.e. 2022. Question: when the permits expires, do i need to apply for settlement again or apply for another biometrics

Answer 1:

Pop into a Post Office and ask for the (free) application form.

Answer 2:

You just need to renew the card (probably for small fee) the same way you do with a driving licence.
