Importation required pls regarding Biometrics

Hi ,

My solicitor received a copy of my biometrics letter which says File copy but the original letter has not been received . I went to give biometrics for that this morning , post office in Croydon said they needed original but then I went to another post office in Surrey and they did my biometrics . I was wondering if this is alright as they did not scan barcode on letter although I was given receipt and a sticker was attached on biometrics letter

If anyone could answer pls much appreciated
