Accomodation Family Visitor Visa

I Got my British Citizenship in december,2011.
Now i would like to invite my mother to visit me for the first time.

Documents are my:

Invitation Letter
6 months bank statement
6 months payslips
Contract of employment
P60
Joint Tenancy Agreement
2 household Bills

Now I have a question on my Joint Tenancy agreement. I will be sponsoring my mum return airticket and cover food cost for the period of 1 month 2 weeks.

The tenancy agreement for our 2 bedroom property has my name and husband's name. I have only one set of bank statement with good balance on them.

I cant put my husband's bank statements because I am scared his low balances will affect the application form. So i have diecided to use my supporting documents only for the family visitor visa for my mum.

What problem will a joint tenancy agreement cause without presenting bank statements of my husband to back it.
