Family visit visa for brother

Hi All,

I need your kind advices plz.

I have EEA2 family member residence card. My wife is EU national. My brother is living in Pakistan and would like to apply for a family visit visa.
He can show£7000 in his bank account.
I am working here full time and can provide payslips
In my bank account balance is £6000 which i can provide
I own a 3 bedroom flat so his residency in uk is not a problem.
So
Which application form he should fill
Also do I need to send oroginal payslips and bank statments or a photo copy would be enough.
& if a photo copy do i need to get it attested here from lawyers or ok without attestation.
& what are the chances of getting visit visa?

His chances are as good as anyone's. They will want to see his ties to Pakistan. Originals always trump copies.
