Yes he born in UK,during my HSMP visa,then we got indian passport for him.Concurrently,he received same visa like me and my wife.Last year,all of us got ILR stamped on our passport and been 12 months now,I was trying to fill out application form and I realised his passport is about to expire by end of october(for children passport expires in 5yrs).Thats when worry setting in about his application may get rejected on basis of invalid passport.Jambo wrote:I assume your child was born in the UK.
