I have joined this forum today and have been going through the post for over 2 hours now and exhausted
Can you please help me with the below queries?
I am on Tier 2 ICT (Established Staff) and My visa is valid from 10th Mar'11 to 10th Apr'13
1. Can i extend my Visa and continue to stay in UK without going back?
2. For how long can i stay back in UK
3. Will i be eligible for ILR if i am able to stay back for another 3 years
4. Will it be possible for me to switch to Tier 2 General if i can find a company to sponsor me for a Job
5. Do i need to go back and apply the Tier 2 General Visa outside UK or can i apply without leaving UK
I know you guys might have answered all the above queries in different post , but i have really got confused after going through almost 200+ posts
