Tier 2:Dependant TB Test? Travelling from UK

Hello everyone!

I know that there is a new rule for a TB screening for all aplications over 6 months. In my case I will be travelling from UK, only to apply for dependent visa from Bangalore. Is the TB screening still required?

I have searched ukba and the forum and can't find an answer. Please help.

Does it say anywhere that those who have lived in the UK preceding a qualifying application are exempt?
