ILR eligibility for WP dependent switched to Tier1 General

Post by rajuc » Fri Oct 12, 2012 3:58 pm

Hi All
I was a work permit holder, It was valid from June 2007 to June 2012. I got ILR now.
My wife came to UK in Sep 2007 as a work permit dependent. She switched to Tier1 General in April 2009. Now I got ILR on the basis of 5yr work permit. Can my wife apply for the ILR as my dependent. We have been married & living together for 5yrs now. Can we apply ILR for my wife as my dependent

we have 18 months old son who has British passport now.

Can we use FLR(M) to apply for ILR for my wife or Is there anyway to apply for ILR except waiting until her Tier1 5yrs period?

Any suggestion will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Raju
