1 day overstay on Visa and what happens?

Post by korp » Sat Oct 13, 2012 10:30 am

One relative to me will be overstaying for one day in the UK, her visa expires on 30 October but the flight is on the 31st October.

Will she be in difficulties and what will and can happen?

I have a similar situation, however I will be overstaying by 1 day and en route back home to submit a new visa application (spouse from my partner's tier 2 general)

Will overstaying by 1 day affect my visa application?
